RJ, that's really a problem. A visitor is left to the vagaries

of Parking Services whether you get a ticket or not. If you park with no permit and get a ticket, it's $35-40. If you park without a permit and don't get a ticket, you think it's OK to do it again.
And, it you just go by the PS office, and you get an answer like @VTChip described, and you get a ticket, the answer will just be "Oh, you misunderstood what I meant."
Once again, mgmt arbitrarily enforcing rules, or not. Now, I'm really pissed. Then, you get a situation like @hokiesteve01 described, where the Inn says one thing, and PS says another. This isn't whack-a-mole management, this is just incompetence. If you create a rule, either follow it, or don't create it. Let me do some research on Parking Services.
