Is recruiting not getting better?

fu came in and recruited at a good to very good level for 3 years Then had a year in which they knew the number of scholies were severely limited. Then we had a year that Covid so messed with the "expert" evaluations of all but the already established, recruits that we really can't give nearly as much credence to those 2021 rankings. Throw in all the staff changes that affected the 2020 and 2021 classes and the fact that we can now show the new facilities in work and recruiting is going back up.
