Watch Charles Huff at Marshall


He might have VT culture right.

His background

previous assignment; Chief recruiting and Running coordinator for alabama previously

He was RB and recruiting coordinator for Penn State for 5 Years. He coordinated the recruiting in Va and recruited Barkley from New York. Guys at penn State loved him.. (interesting he got a job closer to blacksburg, at Marshall to get head coaching experience).

In regards to culture, VT culture as an institution (not just football) is just like Penn State. Same ethic, same technology and student driven inistution, with campuses in Phily, (med school) and Wilkes Barre. and located in a small town in central PA.

He's in the first year at Marshall and in transition.....
