IF...IF...Corn was fired and we won out - then keeping Fu around another couple years is IMHO, worth the chance - with evidence that he was the biggest problem, most everyone seems to like Ham, reports that players do like Fu, etc.

if we still finish .500 or worse, Fu's likely gone anyway

The problem becomes the average 7-8 wins...and what to do then.

I get many are past that - not sure myself.
