Too many of you don't understand what happens when a coach gets fired...


One poster mentioned someone being a good hire because he would mesh well with the current staff. When the head coach goes... all of the coaches go unless the new head interviews and decides to keep one or two. The Bud Foster & company situation was an big outlier. Unfortunately, this probably means Hamilton would not be retained. WB will not do that to a new hire and a new hire will be aware of the Foster situation and make a condition of accepting the position be that the AD stays out of his hiring decisions.
