I can dress warm, but my biggest complaint is wind across the face

That's the toughest thing to protect. I wear a full balaclava, but there are a few areas that are still exposed to the wind. When you ride a road bike, you generate more "wind" than a mountain bike, which generates more wind than walking...lol
