The national championship caliber teams don't have the most creating offenses. But they do have the consistency, high level of execution, adaptability to take advantage of their opponents, and the ability to exert power to get tough yards when needed.

A, B,C from your list are a combination of recruiting and coaching/strategy. They blend together.
D and E from your list are at least partly the result of play calling and strategy. Our OL and RB would look much better under several different coaches.
