So if you are at the shooting range, and a buddy hands you a gun
and states that it is empty. You then point it at someone, pull the trigger and you kill that person, what charges are applicable? Do you walk? Is all forgiven? Oh, it was just a terrible and tragic accident? I would assume Involuntary Manslaughter would be the charge. How is this different than what happened on the movie set? It's a movie set, the actor is a big shot, a so called armorer was hired and said everything was "cold"....so what?
