OsteoHokie - what happened? This past Saturday I did hedge pruning -


a virtually (original sense) stressless physical activity. Sunday, Monday and this morning I've awaken with an excruciating knot in my right neck and shoulder. Hard to turn my head, stiff neck, yada yada. Today I picked up a friend from the airport who'd been away 2 weeks and he had a large suitcase maxed out for airline travel. A good 85-90lbs. I hefted it into the trunk of my car and then back out again and I swear it jerked the knot OUT of my neck.

What happened?
