My guess is that a healthy (is he healthy?) Burmeister gives best chance


Due to Game management / Experience / Understanding offense etc.

It's nice to throw a talented freshman in there like Tahj to see what he can do, but my guess is that he would only start and get significant snaps if tehre were no other options.
