Except the issues w talent and recruiting started during Beamers last 4 years.
2012- 7-6
2013 8-5
2014 7-6
2015 7-6
Fu needs to go for multiple reasons. However, I think fans need to be realistic that the issues w tech talent level, winning, etc were there at Beamers retirement. Fu’s 2016 season was an outlier. Aside from that it’s been a steady decline under Fu for lack of recruiting.
