I do think there is talent here. I also think the player development isn't what it could/should be. I do think Fu is a really solid X and O coach.

I think he focused on defense as he viewed that as the weak link from the 2018 season and beyond - so when JHam and company is what we brought in he worked with them. In doing so, there was drastically less oversight and direct development of the offense.

The what if questions in my mind - which are essentially pointless at this stage. What if we were able to maintain Wiggins on staff? What if we could have afforded Odom? Either of these happening would have A) kept a rockstar on the offenaive side of the ball B)kept Fu focused on the offensive side of the ball.
