Well ...


- Replaced Flue Cap
- Removed and replaced top 5 rows of bricks
- Repaired numerous faulty joints and repointed
- Completely replaced one side shoulder of chimney and pointed
- Made significant repairs to second side shoulder and pointed
- Replaced 'front' shoulder and pointed
- Replaced crown wash
- Applied water repellent to entire chimney
- Relined the flue with a 25' long 11" diameter stainless steel liner
- Remove existing vented gas log set
- Install new gas log set

Plus I had to pay for them to install and remove scaffolding for the project. I am sure I overpaid relative to much of the state and Country but I am confident based on other estimates that my price was decent for Loudoun County.
