The time frame for a turnaround is a crapshoot just like the coaching hire


In other words the level of success and timing can really go any direction. In some ways it is the exact downfall of Fuente of starting high in his grace period and then not performing once the onus is solely on him. Also, the portal and immediate eligibility is kind of a game changer expecially if you get a skill guy (QB). Of course at some point this cannot replace an organized and strategic recruiting plan.
