Mack Brown hasn't checked the last box

He's hired two co-DCs, one of which who had never been a DC and the other who's only experience was at a service academy. They been coaching for 4 years and it's safe to say neither should still be employed.

UNC's weakest unit, the OL, is because he hired a guy from his own personal rolodex in Stacy Searels that we know for a fact hasn't coached on merit in over a decade given he was the worst assistant at Texas, VT, and Miami prior to his stint at UNC.

Longo has been fine, UNC has one of the best offenses in the country. Tim Cross and Dre Bly have been excellent on the trail and for the most part have developed their guys. Lonnie Galloway has been excellent.
