Luke is a jewel- but not a fit at huge top 5 programs where family relationships matter - its performance..and ruthlessness

Also the current ad at cincinatti cleared up whit mess hiring tubberville. The ad came from utah where football is king ..he got it and knew it was regional hire and the no 1 program is ohio state… the rest is amazing.

Lots of lessons here on hiring
