I was denied getting Shane Beamer by, well, Shane Beamer.

Now let's see if I get my pick for next VT HC.

My top 3 were #1 Chadwell, #2 Clawson, #3 Napier

When I look at those top 3, there is one that Flys off the page, and then the other two.
Coach Chadwell has quite the resume for non P5 coach. (13 years total and 8 years HC at two most recent schools with winning records)
So far, where ever he goes recently, he wins. And 13 years head coach experience?
He's 44 years young, and been a head coach for 13 years at 4 schools.

Yes I know some may question whether he can do it in ACC.
But with an 850k Salary currently, We can give a nice bump in pay and have a LOT of money
for a support staff to build around him.

He has recruited all around our area and up and down the east coast.

The Number one Reason I like him??
Youth / Personality / Energy / Charisma >>> All strong points.

Kids are going to flock to him.
