Yep…..that’s what he said at the BSC.


Apparently an audit of the BT program noted the compliance issue. Sometimes it’s just an interpretation of the rules by the different parties. I guess if the VT athletic department is paying specifically for the shuttle service, then it’s deemed to be effectively chartering the vehicle(s).
