I really think this was it - there were a couple instances of poor shot


selection early but so much of it was just plain missing shots. Aluma was taking some wide open 3's, which we would all have been fine with going into the season - just wasn't hitting them.

I do think St. Frances was playing tough and trying to "bully" VT a bit down low, so we had to adjust to that and perhaps not working the inside as much early. I'd bet going low was the plan and the need to settle for outside shots early contributed to being a little off.
