Villanova values strength, athleticism and 3s.

VT values skill-based tasks. The bigger you get, the lower of a ceiling you have there at a certain point

VTs strength and conditioning Im sure values maintenance, injury prevention and added strength, but only to a certain point. They need to be nimble.

But the program for John Ojiako isnt going to be the same as the one for Naheim Alleyne, either. I dont know that you want Keve Aluma much bigger than he is, or even Justyn Mutts. N'Guessan maybe a little, but not much.
