He has huge abusive problems w stsff and recruiting violations

I love all these recommendations

1 mullin recruiting violations and poison relationship with staff and no outreach to alumni base and knows nothing about va and minimum recruiting successes
2 freeze problems with sexual harassment and lying to university..
3 herman involved with sexual harassment soap opera at ohio state with urban myer

Remember all vt is conducting a huge campaign to stop sexual assault and harassment. They will not appoint a highly visible university official with any reputation .
