I have several depending on length
Devil in the White City by Eric Larson 20+ hours about the Chicago World Fair and the first true US serial killer during that time.
Bomber Mafia by Malcom Gladwell. 5h14m If you like Gladwell (we don't agree politically but I respect the effort and presentation) this one is a BIT different but fantastic. Basically the creation / maturation of US bomber effectiveness during WWII particularly detailing the differences in approaches between Curtis Lemay and Haywood Hansell
Drive by Daniel Pink ~6 hours. Daniel Pink is fantastic and I recommend all of his materials. This is a dive into what motivates people. To Sell is Human is another good one.
The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek. ~7hrs I love Sinek. This is about finding companies / individual finding their purpose. When you try to beat someone you eventually get beat. If you define who you are and then always improve along those lines, you will always get better.
