I don’t think he’s leaving based on his prior decisions to bypass

Other jobs and his goal to be at VT.

He’s been a hot commodity before but sent a clear message he wasn’t interested in other jobs. VT was different.

Now maybe his family situation changes or Vt does something to piss him off but I don’t see him leaving.
