Charred meat - the best scent ever


So my SO is a foodie and great cook, but doesn't like to mess with grilling. So I bought her this little griddle/grill thing for indoors. She's been experimenting for a bit, and last night she literally cooked a rack of ribs indoors on this thing. Slow and low, and babied it from marinade through the final product. It produced a bit of indoor smoke at the end which we had to run fans etc to clear the air. But it left the BEST smell in the house lol (at least to me).

I woke up this morning, stilled smelled it and rolled over and kissed my wife and said - 'Best perfume ever!'
