Coaching hires are a lot like new girlfriends


At first things look good with no red flags but as time goes by you start seeing the real person good and bad.
Our last hire was like the hot girl all the guys wanted to date but who over time proved to be high maintenance, really moody and pouty, had annoying friends, couldn't cook anything but hamgurger helper and burned many a birthday cake....and snores and farts a lot in her sleep.
