Sorry, it’s not a particularly big or important part of the job

I’m not saying they have no role in it, but coaches come and go, yet donations to athletic programs rarely drastically change as a consequence.

VT needs to increase it’s budget by 25% immediately - not to meet its aspirations, mind - but just to get back in the game of it’s aspirations.

It amazes me how many folks have the priorities in a coach almost completely inversed from what they actually should be/are.
