All I'm saying is the the future coach and staff (as well as the supporting athletic dept) needs to really appreciate the tradition, the love and history of VT. This is not a commodity school where coaches come at go. They are the extension of the VT family. They must be open and embracing, great recruiter and sell the VT story 24 hours a day 7 days a week and MEAN it. They must be open and welcoming to alumni and friends, and They must be great in x&o's and be a real mentor to the student athletes.

It takes a special person for VT. not one sold by a slick agent....
