Apartment for rent in Christiansburg available early January

Hi all,
My wife and I currently live in a 2-bedroom apartment at the Adams at Peppers Ferry in Christiansburg with a lease ending in the summer. However, due to a change in jobs, we need to move out of state this month. We love the apartment and the location, but we weren't able to delay the job.

The apartment people told us they can transfer our lease to a new tenant if we are able to find one (so it would be a direct lease with them and not a sublease). So, is there anyone looking to move to Christiansburg soon or know someone that is moving? Let me know! Thanks :)
