There were quite a few "retreads" that just didn't excite me, and probably wouldn't fit in at VT. Others would come in thinking VT was a stepping stone for higher paying jobs.

Now if Franklin falls on his face the next couple years, don't be surprised if PSU tries to hire Pry back as his replacement... The more I think about what he can do, the most excited I get.

Our defense was lacking in basic fundamentals, and whoever planned some of our coverages just wasn't ready for prime time either. Hopefully he can bring in someone who gets back to basic fundamentals and work up from there.

Any offensive coordinator who has "recruit players and develop QBs" in their job description is an upgrade...lol. Hopefully we can hire an actual "QB whisperer" in that role.
