I don't want to ever mandate any assistant coaches to our new coach again


I would like him to at least interview the guys who are here to see if they are a good fit for his staff, but all hiring decisions need to come down from him.

Hope he really brings in "smash mouth" defensive coaches, and recruits guys like JC Price!
