Not so much that...


I don't think I've ever seen the newly hired guy on the sideline with the old team. They usually make an appearance in the broadcast booth.

It's more about the fact that there's no reason for the new guy to devote any time or energy to learning the old system, mechanics, structure, personnel, etc. And also for the old staff to finish out the year they started in the roles they have all year. Stay out of the way but be a very interested observer
