I ordered a package from NewEgg several years ago that went into...


...a NJ warehouse and disappeared. I showed them the tracking sheet, and still had to wait a month before they would refund my money. They said it might reappear...lol. Pretty sure it "appeared" in the trunk of a worker's car one day. Haven't ordered anything from NewEgg since. I don't want to have another product to "disappear" when trying to build a new computer again.

I now order all of my computer equipment from Amazon. They have a really quick/immediate turnaround when something is "lost" in shipping.
