My issue was that he threw too much at our guys every year, then...

...discovered it was too much and decided to "cut back" on the playbook. One would expect a coach would learn from that and change his approach the following year, but it seemed to happen over and over again.

Anyone remember David Wilson making a comment that the NYG playbook was half the size of the one he had at VT? If he takes the O-coordinator job again, Coach Pry needs to limit his playbook to only 1 volume...maybe 3/4 of one volume and not the entire "Encyclopedia Britanica" of playbooks.
