I didn't say I felt sorry for him. I'm just interested....


in the "And Then What" aspect of a situation like this.

I'm interested in the day to day practicalities when you get booted from a place where you were once so formerly invested.

I understand it wouldn't have been appropriate, but I feel like Fuente has loomed like a ghost throughout this whole coaching announcement, including at the press conference yesterday. It's like he never existed. I find that interesting.

And you make a good point about him promising an offense where the D would not have to do all the work.

If he has a single fault it's his loyalty. You can't only be so nice of a guy in this sport. It's all about W's and L's. I'm sure he feels he kept his integrity by not giving Cornelson the heave ho, but that blind loyalty probably cost him his job.
