CBP My impression is he already knows his OC and DC. The key as a CEO, is to ensure he has the confidence so he does not need to get into the details. Believe it or not, it is the DC. His tendencies is to coach Defense his way and of course second nature to second guess. He got to pick a DC, that he knows that he doesn't have to engage detail to detail....
