Aluma has skated by this year...


His teammates being better than last season has meant teams have singled him instead of doubling. So he has scored a lot despite being very poor on both ends

He has a lot of skill to override his lack of effort and attention, so you can look at a stat sheet and say "we he is scoring" but he could be miles better than he is...and him being miles better is the entire key to VT becoming a national-level team this year.

If he continues to be half-*** then VT will continue to skate by on skill when they can and get their **** pushed in when they cant
