I have lived in the same house for the last 11 years. In those years I have had a deck built, a screened in porch, custom bookcases, and now kitchen remodel. Every single contractor's attention to detail or their helpers is lacking. Nothing major and no disasters per se, but it just makes you wonder what else did they miss if they are missing these things.

My latest example, guy comes with handles to pick color and size, and as we are picking he just says large, medium, and small. The problem with that is there about 6-7 handles sizes so saying large, medium, and small is relative. So I get out a piece of paper, right down the model number and count for each.

Okay rant over, feel better.

Yes I know, humble brag I get it but this is in Cashburn with two good incomes, and you are supposed to burn your money here ;-)
