I work in fintech in SF so all my colleagues are 28 to 35. I am the old guy, one of very few in my company.

One of the things that is very interesting is how the millenials all name things that if you are a GenX you probably wouldn't name.

Imposter Syndrome - that normal feeling at work of self doubt that maybe you haven't really earned this.

Sunday Scaries - the normal deal of getting a headstart on work Sunday night, resulting in anxiety about the next week.

All very normal things, but why did they name them?

It's because it allows them to communicate over text with one another, and not have to type a lot. That's got to be it.
