I think Napier is in over his head


this Florida job will be OJT for him, similar to what VT was for Fu (I agree with you here)..

Now, he is placing importance on instate recruiting, which is imperative!... but I believe a lot of fans will be disappointed when the multiple 5*'s aren't landing like my Gator friends expect. High expectations year in/out will most likely not be met.

It's already being talked about that Napier's offense isn't special.... he isn't some wizard scheme machine X's & O's wise. Very vanilla offense..
The hope was that he was going to recruit his way to winning seasons.... except he's already told you his focus isn't on simply going after 4-5 star players to build a roster. I just hope he's the LEADER the gators need because that's what's been lacking...not staff and 5 star players.
