the Christmas tree is American, any outside the country are just trees with a lot of crappy stuff on them. Santa is American (I know because I saw him inflated in my neighborhood holding a USA! USA! sign), Bethlehem - the one in PA is where all the stuff went down not the one in the West bank .
So quit hating your country bro. :)- it invented Christmas and owns it.
