Pedulla is absolutely a better athlete, that should be expected given his recruiting pedigree and high school accolades. That said, he's not as good a ballhandler and he barely knows the offense, he looks really good against teams that don't play defense and/or have smaller guards.

Maddox should play more when we need instant offense but he's a step slow on defense and makes some headscratching decisions occasionally which could cause a skid in a tight game. He could be a 9in taller version of Jalen Cone which is highly valuable.

DNG is the only guy on the team who has an NBA body but he's got to figure out how to not have a conniption around the basket. He's good on the perimeter but doesn't shoot the ball nearly enough from outside. Soon teams will just sit on his triple threat head fake right hand drive to the key which is his only move. Defensively he's pretty good and his length is a big problem for other teams.

Overall this team could make life a lot easier on themselves by not leaving their feet as much on defense and making a concerted effort to move the ball inside out on offense.
