If we develop a strong recruiting staff

We may have enough resources to recruit nationally without seeming to abandon our local region (I say seeming because I don't think we did abandon it but the hashtag took on a perception we had). There is nothing wrong with recruiting Texas and Florida and even Cali if we have the resources to do it. We will never survive only recruiting our driving radius regardless of what is said in press conferences.
