HS graduates having to go to college to continue playing their sport whether they want to or not.

Players pretending they're interested in academics whether they are or not.

Coaches having to pretend that they're interested in the kid's education when that's not how they're making their big bucks.

University presidents pretending that all their athletes are qualified to be students.

NFL scarfing up talent without investing anything in player development.

It's been phony as a 3.5 dollar bill for decades. It's just all the money it generates now that's makes it so obvious now. I've loved watching the sport, but it deserves to be shown up for the phony shat show it is
