The idea what it rakes to manage college football any more-
College football coaching just to coach like little league. Its a business.

You have ro oversee player services - personnel nutrition health working out and academic support
You have coaching x&o team schemes playbook and scouting
Player development managing nil opportunities transfers nfl and recruiting
Recruiting services casf of 20-50 folks data research and outreach personally to every opportunity
Raise momey

Manage external outreach and internal operations. So you have to market

And u have to win and be successful

This is not college football of 1986 1995 .
