My takes


Not rough, just tough schedule and not quite getting the Ws versus top 15 guys that one might expect from a returning AA. Some speculation the weight cut is sapping his energy. I think more like Sophomore slump that he will fix before NCAAs.

Bryce supposedly tweaked something and was held out of Nat Duals as a precaution.

Howard looking great and notched a quality win. Smith returned for his first post-injury match versus Cornell and almost beat the #20 guy.

Brady having a lot of close matches but has quietly gotten it done and is looking like a t#22 guy and qualifier.

Ulrey has taken a couple of top 10 guys to the wire....lots to like here.

Hillegas I think reinjured week or so ago and not sure status for this season - have not heard redshirt yet. Collin is improving evry week so I am not convinced Sam would be a significant upgrade right now.
