That car, I always have to run the rear window defroster and had driven it out this morning with no issues.
I say defective Japanese glass.
The issue is with Christmas and stupid supply issues, Safelite said earliest they could replace would be January 3rd. Yikes.
My wife used to work for them years ago, and luckily knows one of their guys who now owns his own auto glass shop. He says he can get to it next Thursday.
