a lot of positives in our office. We are 98 percent vaxxed (all three shots) and those that aren't have legit medical reasons - all had a reaction to the first dose...I think it is 3 people. We have 65 americans in the mission and almost 30 percent were positive. Many had symptoms (mild compared to where it can go- lots of body aches, some fevers, and the like but nothing to serious). a third were out of the country on leave and a third of us...no issues so far... knock on my noggin.

we did have one family that got negative tests and left. they got to a country where they need to quarantine for two days and get a negative test on day two and...they tested positive. this country requires a 10 day to 14-day quarantine before venturing out and they have to spend it in an approved hotel/facility. they were due to fly back before the 10 to 14 days. As this was all on their dime (versus an approved and paid for R and R trip) they have to pay for everything including the airplane change fees and associated testing and special hotel plus their original hotel. a family of six.
