The only time I've had octopus was at a sushi bar in PB (San Diego)


It was different, but not bad.

Wasn't my favorite sushi, so I didn't order it again.

To go on a tangent, I've only seen one octopus in the wild while scuba diving. He was small, and very elusive. Caught a glimpse of him before he headed into a hole in the rocks. One thing you learn early in your diving is to never stick your hand into a hole...there may be something ready to bite you in there...lol And yes, I've seen a few Moray eels while diving, not to mention sharks, barracuda, etc.
