For everyone saying the whistle had not blown...

let's look at a play from bowl game yesterday. Player has his helmet pulled off due to a PF facemask. He runs in for a touchdown. Whistle did not blow till after crossing the goal line. Play was dead when his helmet came off. Whistle does not end the down.
