Alot of good suggestions here...but...a few more...

1. Flaming dogshit is always a tried and true solution
2. Sneak up to her house TONIGHT, roll her garbage can back down to the road, and call HOA because you can't leave your cans overnight.
3. Go steal a yard sign from another neighborhood...someone doing work that's grabbing free advertisment...most HOAs hate that crap..put it in her yard
4. Put an envelope of flour in her mailbox and give it a middle eastern return address.
5. Have your dogs do their business on their right of way
6. Sing non-traditional Christmas carols in front of her house tomorrow night (you know the ones)

Finally...just shoot the freaking fireworks anyway :)
